IF YOU CAN READ THIS, THANK A TEACHER!

International Teachers’ Day is next Monday 5th October.  It is an opportunity for parents and students to show their appreciation for everything their teachers do. This could be by making and decorating a card with a message inside, bringing in a snack as a treat, presenting them with a small gift, or just simply giving them a big smile and saying “Thank you!”  At the very least, students should be extra nice to their teachers all day long!

Sports Day is next Thursday 8th October. Students should come to school wearing a PE kit in their house colours and bring along a full water bottle as well as any sun protection they might need eg hat, sun cream, etc. Certificates, medals, and the house trophy will be awarded in next Friday’s assembly. Parents are very welcome on both days.
